COVID 19 Update - Due to the current situation,  packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe - please allow an additional time for your items to reach you within 14 working days.  Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

Royalgami offers free shipping on all orders over $99

Orders ship within 1-3 business days, pending availability and credit card verification.

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.

Please note, we do not ship on weekends or Holidays.

We cannot send to PO boxes.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. Special offer / new collection launch may impact the timing on when your order ships.

Canceled Orders

Orders can be cancelled within 24hrs of being made. Orders may not be modified/cancelled once the parcel has been processed.

Royalgami is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

The shipping costs for orders are non refundable.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we are happy to accept returns or sizing exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date if the product is in its original condition. 

We reserve the right to deny any returns if the item does not meet our requirements and we are not responsible for any lost returns.

Returns for any product purchased at a discount, including items purchased during the Black Friday-Cyber Monday sale period, are only eligible for store credit or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.
